We had a fantastic stay at Apolo in Benidorm! The hotel was surprisingly big with excellent facilities. The friendly host made us feel welcome and it was by far one of the best places we have stayed in Spain. The location was perfect, being only 300m from the beach and local shops. We loved the 30 minute walk along the beach to the main club strip. The apartment itself was spacious, with ample room for the four of us. We also appreciated the UK plug adaptors and the TV system that allowed us to catch up on our favorite shows. The dove soap in both bathrooms was a thoughtful touch. The clear instructions on how to get there and the option to pre-arrange someone to let us in were greatly appreciated. Additionally, the offer to store our luggage upon departure was a nice gesture, even though we didn't end up needing it. We would definitely stay at Apolo again!

I do recommend this hotel.

The free WiFi was a lifesaver, I could post all my fancy pictures on Instagram. The air conditioning worked like a charm, so I didn't have to sweat like a pig. And they even had a kettle, so I could enjoy a cup of tea like a proper lady.

Oh, I just loved the worn-out furniture and grubby bathroom. Such a delightful surprise.

The place was a bit worn out and could use some renovations. The bathroom was dirty and in need of resealing.

We were pleasantly surprised to find UK plug adaptors and a TV system that allowed us to watch TV channels. The thoughtful touch of leaving Dove soap in both bathrooms was appreciated. The instructions provided were clear and helpful, and we were able to pre-arrange for someone to let us in. It was great to know that if there wasn't anyone coming after us, we could have left our luggage behind. it was a wonderful experience and one of the best places we've stayed in Spain!

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location with an awesome terrace view of the city street. The rooms were all very nice and the place was extremely clean. The host was extremely friendly and flexible and the price was great for what we got. We would definitely stay here again!
